PAYMENT
The fee for your endodontic treatment will be based on the nature and complexity of the procedure. During your first visit we will discuss the probable number of visits, their length, and the fees involved. Because of the unique nature of our practice and the specialized kinds of cases we treat, it is our policy that your care is paid for at the time of treatment. We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard. We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans. If you have dental insurance, we will make it easy for you to receive the maximum amount of reimbursement available to you.
To improve your access to our high quality care, we offer 6-month interest free financing through Care Credit.
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
The quality of your care is very important to us. As a result, we do not “double book” our patients so that we can focus only on you. Once an appointment has been made, this time has been reserved exclusively for you with the appropriate staff to serve your dental needs. Cancelling without a 24-48 hour notice makes it difficult for us to meet the needs of our other patients.
MINORS- Patients under age of 18
A legal guardian must accompany the minor to his or her appointment and remain in our office during the appointment. Payment of services for the treatment of minors is the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
